    Is that tug toy looking a little bit crispy or down right dirty?! Don’t Worry, here’s some information on how to spruce up your FenForest goodies!


    Real Fur Tug Toys

    • DO NOT MACHINE WASH Real Fur tug toys should be HAND WASHED only, due to the treatments the real fur pelts go through during processing prior to purchasing by us there can more often than not be a reaction in the washing machine which causes the skin of these pelts to dry out and/or start to disintegrate completely ruining your tug toy! We don’t want that at all, so to be safe gently hand wash your real fur tug toys in the sink using warm water only, allow to air dry and then you can gently fluff back up with a brush to bring them back to life! (Not literally, that would be crazy!!)
    • Synthetic/Faux Fur Products - all other products can be gently machine washed on a cool setting, however we always recommend hand washing if you can to avoid any dramatic catastrophes!

    FenForest Pets can not replace or repair products that have been damaged due to incorrect care.

Who are we?!

With 15+ years experience in the dog sports and training industry FenForest Pets knows a thing or two when it comes to motivation, toy type and what our canine companions need to help them reach their goals. From poodles to malinois, obedience, agility, flyball and Heelwork to Music & Freestyle, we’ve had our fingers in all of the pies thus giving us a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the different breeds and different canine sports. FenForest Pets was born in the dining room, making tugs for our own team members all those years ago, our experience in the dog sports world combined with our aspirational leadership and managerial experience in the retail sector spoke for its self, shaping and developing the FenForest Pets brand you see today. Driven and focused to deliver the very best to you, and that’s our aim of the game, to help your dogs perform to the best of their abilities with the correct positively reinforced motivation and enrichment, just for you.
